“When I first started training with Steve, I had been in the gym for years but there were many machines I still was not comfortable with and/or did not know how to use at all. At the time, a big goal of mine was to not only be more comfortable in a gym setting by myself, but to learn how to (safely) lift heavier to build more muscle over time.
After training with Steve for multiple months, my knowledge of of the gym equipment continued to grow and I felt much more comfortable using machines by myself, and became much more knowledgeable on how to safely push my limits to grow my strength in weight/reps over time. I learned that there are many different ways to drive results, and that is what keeps things fun & interesting. He was also very helpful with giving tips on how to best fuel a workout, and recover from one.

Just say yes! Steve helped me understand my goals better, and honestly that’s what was holding me back. The Fitness 4 life app was easy to navigate and let me access the content Steve made for me whenever I needed/wanted to. I love that I can track my food in the app and see my progress with photos. Getting to the work out was simply and straight forward.
